Combining Social Work and Surf instructing, Pana is the perfect one to guide you out beyond your limitations as you conquer the waves both in reality and in your mind. While Hannah will help you find connection with your own body, mind and spirit through Yoga.
The Wavewise Mindset is very similar to Kawatiri Yoga’s beliefs and values. We will take you beyond the physical and deeper into what is happening in the mind.
Building awareness of self, and understanding of how we show up in the world, taking away lessons and tools you can use in everyday life.
