Join us at our Catch-Up Sessions to IMPROVE YOUR SURFING AND practice the Wavewise Mindset while meeting like-minded people!
What we offer:
– Guided and safe environment in the ocean and on land by qualified staff (Surfinstructor/Counsellor)
– Surf-Coaching with tips and hints for improvement including Video-Analysis (the fastest way to get better at surfing)
– Practical application of Wavewise mental wellbeing tools
– Connection and fun with other likeminded Wavewise participants
– Healthy light lunch during video analysis
We will help help you to improve your surf skills and Wavewise Mindset to get more independent in a safe and guided environment while also connecting you with people, who are keen to do the same!
Past Wavewise Catch Up Sessions have connected Wavewise participants, who are still surfing together after years!

Our Wavewise Youth Catch Ups have been a huge success for our young people – we want to create the same experience for adults, while enabling our youth to continue to do the same: Improve skills and create belonging and support for each other during a fun session together!
INVESTMENT: $95 (Incl. Surfboard+Wetsuit)
(If you have your own equipment, we recommend to bring and use it to get hints and tips for surfing that. If you are unsure if it is fit for purpose, just email us to discuss: surf@wavewise.co.nz.)
At this point we are meeting on chosen weekend mornings 9.30am-12.30pm to also cater for our whanau from further away!
